Suggests following for similar bad experiences:-

1) Tell WL your unhappiness - areas of poor performance/bad attitude. Inform her that you will complain to OKT. She has to change!!!
2) Complain to OKT - a direct complain is better than posting in Sammyboy (may be by other OKTs, WLs, out to sabotage).
3) Post in Sammyboy to warn others. Many OKTs and WLs are aware of postings. OKTs/WLs will have to improve/change to protect their own interests for better business.

Many OKTs are nice and like feedbacks eg L6H66/H70/H72,WH10 (ex L6H52), L8H66G/H66C/H66A etc.
