100+ pending contact tracing cases daily are pass holders, which likely means FW who are not linked to the currently isolated dorms.

Which is a huge number straining our resources. But I still see FW being deployed for roadworks today near a MRT construction site - and so that's how the infection keeps going on and on. Still a huge number out there yet to be tested and now still free to roam around, working etc. Essential or not?
