i just went on wednesday and before i step into the lane. I
saw two guys and one female with a camera. I guess they were reporters from the malaysia or maybe singapore. Hmmm...i was still wondering
what news there is to get from us. What further interview he wants from us
or any others. It is all already in the news.

What stamina they have if they were to stand and station there from afternoon to night. Very uncomfortable with them around. They had to be careful with photos they snap. They can hurt someone with that one click of flash.

By the way, saw that house 22 is not open. Wonder whether when it will open again. It still has sally and ada. However, hasnt seen the malaygirl from room 9 for a few months(is it retired already)

Any bros who know that h22 is open. pls update us. Quite deserted area. about 10+ people. Maybe there will be more during night times

Ha Ha..Quite subjective questions.
However, there are people who can sue to millionares.

However, the damage caused by them must be valid.
Eg, like causing family apart, or psychological damage.
or any others that you deserved to be compensated for their neligence.
Infact they had no right(or anyone) to take anyone photos
without permission. They do know and they are also quite careful
and low risk to avoid any unnecessary troubles.

Even at orchard road, they had no right. But the risk of being complain
is extremely low. If you know what i meant. However, they can take
photo of those bangla. No problem at all. no need to censored face..

Bro, I beg to differ. As far as I know, they cannot publish the photo without your consent. As long as there is income generated from the photo, they are liable to seek your permission otherwise you can claim damages from them. The papers and mediacorp often get away with things like that because most people don't bother and are happy to see themselves on tv. What is pesky is if they post it on STOMP or some online forum because the law is always grey on IP posted online.

Perhaps someone with more legal knowledge can shed some light on this.
