I totally agree with you. Well said. However it has happened to me before that the ML has her regular and he was late causing a knock on effect. The ML should also not allow the customers to put them in a difficult position. If an ML says she is running late due to client starting late of over running I cancel the appointment on the spot. This has giving me a bad name amongst some ML

It takes two hands to clap, so the ML also has to be aware of the time and be firm and do the necessary to ensure the next Bro isn't left fuming mad below..

Ideally, ending the session around 10 minutes before the hour or half-hour mark will give both parties sufficient time to wash/dress up and prep for the next Bro..

Needless to say we also have to do our part by not being late, and give the ML a heads-up by informing her you have arrived at her location..

These little things can go a long way in making your session and others a hassle-free experience..

I dished out the exact same advice to WLs telling them to be firmer with customers in this regard, but those more soft-hearted ladies still get pushed around.

I remember myself being 10 minutes late because I miscalculated a little taking a new route for the fun of it. The WL, my regular, was surprised that I was late as I'm the type who turns up 10 minutes earlier for any appointment in life. I just told her I would leave on time.

At the end of the day, just be more understanding. She'll be happier too.

Time management is the basic skill that a ML needs to grasp to grow her business.

On that note, say you no choice really have to "aeroplane" the lady just one hour before time, how would you tell her?

If she's my regular or semi, I'll tell her I'll add another XXX minutes (for the session missed) to the one next week/time, and make good on this. So in essence, she doesn't miss out on the booking for that one slot.
