Geylang is low risk. 20 mins can only transmit 1 person. Even if you keep visiting consecutive sessions, still not ok. As long as community cases low, the chance of a customer is infected is very low, so basically is very low risk.

But also don't contribute much to economy so govt also in no hurry to open.

Anyway the news is they getting ready liao. Just need to safe entry.
