By the way, it uses your passport no. to open. As we have new passport no. for every issue. You may need the opening passport for some transaction like closing account or withdrawing in large amount

Finally some bro share this info., I think it is the best SN in CP, call "神秘房" in crown prince hotel. Even agents just few known and have been there.
My last visited abt more than a year ago so not sure the quality there now.
If u r VIP or senior player in Crown prince shold know this, it used to need some special contact then can arrange this sn booking.
But for the price 688 room fee + 600, 800, ......1500 gals tip, some bros told me would rather to go Macao for the SN there, for my experince there was very good quality for the JS, but poor like me never been to Macao so can`t comment for all bros lar~~~~

Another reason this place was considered so highly is that it WAS supposedly impenetrable/totally safe as the operators are connected to the highest echelons.

Unfortunately this all came undone during the last Yinda and the place also got raided. Not sure what it's status as far as safety is concerned these days.

No, as far as I know its still around and still providing supposedly "premium" girls and services.

The reason the last Yinda wa so effective/so all encompassing was that various heads of PSB/bureaus etc got shuffled around and then the actual foot soldiers were also assigned to do their jobs in areas OTHER than their own locales. Then each division head were "graded" and put on a competitive list of their own rank/compatriots and according to how many "protective umbrellas" they were able to crack.

Just what I learned.
