Some reasons (comparing thai house to Dome 1)
1) Better privacy. Easier to deny that you're 'chionging' as compared to if someone see you at geylang house. Also don't want to go into a house with many other 'bros' picking a girl

Agree on your points. So far my dome 1 experiences is around 70% good. The remaining 30% is like points 2/3/4 lol. Hope this percentage doesn't increase

For point 1, some okt still house the girls in those budget hotel.
