First of all, you shouldn’t have mentioned “ Singaporean”in your post. What have to do with singaporean in this case?
I believe there must be some reason why bro kras didn’t response to your pm
It doesn’t meant that there is obligation after you have provided the rates etc

I Guess you are the guy that I met during my previous trip and you brought me to east Asia ktv. Thanks for bringing me to that ktv but nothing to shout about that ktv . Although that night there was a small hole in my pocket - 15000 peso, I don’t mind to pay more for quality girls but I do think that ktv not worth to spend that amount of money in term of service, girls and ktv

I think I paid total around 16 to 17 k peso including tips
I went to ktv with charles only. I got 2 girls sitting with me And one girl for him
But I did a short time with a girl in one room which cost around 2 to 3 k . Can’t remember the exact damages

I think the damage is not a big deal just that don’t quote Singaporean or what ever country people in the post to create misunderstanding .

I stayed in malate and turn on the WeChat. Decided to try one of the many massage services on offer. Found one to my liking and selected a girl as it stated new girl massage today. Reporting from manila wit a friend,jz 2 of us, jz arrived yesterday. Checked in oxford suites at 1.30pm, exchange rate got at 38.8 for SGD. Went to do some recce at greenbelt and landmark, weather was quite hot bt the hardest part was finding smoking areas as now u cnt smoke on the streets..went bk to room, had some drinks and power nap. 9pm had dinner at filling station, food was nothing to shout abt, than headed to PLAN B. Apparently they have 'private party', which i assume would be a polite way of saying they dnt want you in mayb. Than headed to BOTTOMS and had hd some raba fun, the standard stuff, left aft 2 drinks, damage was abt 3,900p for both my friend and I wit the 2 ladies drinks and tips. Continued walking ard to other bars, look see look see. Still abit tired aft all tt so retired early to room and slept alone for first night. Overall was a good feel for the area on the first day..Will update more wen hv a chance...any bros in town wanna meet up jz pm me..

Day 2
Started off with late lunch, than walked ard the area and ended up back at burgos at abt 5pm..started barhop from crazy horse dwn to a few more joints and ended up at cafe cubana, nice place to hv an icy cold one,lookin at the eye candies walking to and fro. At tis moment a big shout out to bro etsys for some 'wisdom' and got a fine lady for the night. Damage was 5.5k, met the lady at 9pm and went to room to break ice and hv a few rounds of drinks. Very friendly and chatty as most filipinas are, and the rest was hot and heavy action. Lady stayed till 5am, sent her off and continued sleeping aft a good session...today planning to go ard greenbelt or EDSA, still deciding...
