Tell me about it. My one and only pair of running shoes is wet due to the rain on Friday. Stuck in the middle. Run forward or run backward also will get wet. So I run in the rain.

The good part ..... saw a lot of ladies that made the same decision .... I mean running in the rain.... Imagine their clothes clinging onto their body.

Rickey since when I am fit? regular yes la. Fit. no lor. Nowadays cannot find a good motivation to stay healthy and fit. I need to work cos have family and kids. No sex and love as usual la. So it is an issue that money can solve. If I run, heart attack, drop and died. They actually get a lot of money..... like my 8 years worth of salary.

Then why I so stupid go and jog and stay healthy to work. This is what is mentally bothering me now.

Back to schedule.... normally start about 9.30 pm from Fernvale and jog to Punggol Waterway Point, U-Turn and go home. About 6 to 7 km run la.

Cheer up chairmeh, exercise also creates happy hormones to help destress and keep you young. And as to why stay healthy n alive to work, think of your kids that u love to bits, all is worth it. No romance n sex, think of the merits of your wife like she has gone thru pregnancy to give u kids, the gd things she has done for the family, u might even find new motivation to rekindle the lost romance n love making?
