My gal left today bcos she lost her passport and Dai Su Quan only allow her to stay for 10 days... so she left just now...

We are going to ROM liao.... can't wait for two months plus ar... I think I'll register in ROM first and send her the ROM receipt and see whether can she come within a month anot.... she haven't even utitlies her 30 days...

HOw to prove Real Sister anot ???

In Vn, there is a document called 'Houshold Register' ..... that can be used as prove ... With that get her sister to photostate their ROM Certificate and tally it with the household register ... that will be able to prove they are sister and woth the sister married to a local.

If you read my posting .. I mentioned that my wife came back in 13 days after her exit back to VN for our ROM ...

I Was told by ICA if my extension got rejected , even though it is a ROM cases , she would still have to leave the country and then come back in by showing the ROM letter and they will allows her to come in provided she is NOT a Ban case or Repatriated case ...

And if you ever read the clause after an extension .. they mentioned that " The applicant will NOT return to SIngapore within 5 days whether the application is successful or not ...SO in theory a person can come back in after 5 days ...

THEre are also cases when in a gal fail to get her extension ...they go to malaysia and came back in after just 1 day .. however I was told by ica its a risk coz if the gal is refused entry .. then she have to fly back to vn in Malaysia ... because of teh clause I mentioned ...
