Heard because Grand central Hotel will be closed in July for redevelop. thats why most tenants are force to move...

Bro, you are only half right.... The hc is not moving anyway, bcos the license was taken away by AV and the lady boss passed away one week later inside the shop...nobody know is it suicide or wat....sad case... If you don't believe you can ask around with those working ladies.
