As for job security, well, I think it is diminishing in today's world. When economy turn bad, most bosses wun gif a damn abt how long u have been wif him or how much u have contributed to the company, everything is abt $$$. Unless u r lucky who cum accross bosses that still kong kum jeng lah.

Nowsadays no more 9pm - 5am = $80 liao....they normally get 10buck per session based on 30min bonk liao........if 1hrs, $200 they get 20bucks....no more draw of $80 from there liao......that plan have stopped.

Depend on how they operate......normally is 1 mafu got a few gers lah.....nowsadays not in a group for profit share....but every mafu got his own gers to take care.........but 1 thing , they are untied as a group for this trade....but profit sharing is those gers under him...hehehe

normally nowadays one ma fu onli at the most got three or four gals lor, not as much liao coz too many ma fu come out liao, so the earning also cut down alot, like u look at hotel 81 cherry at lor 12, seems like one ma fu got onli one gal at his hand, (btw one of them is my fren, nv go so much also)
and being ma fu, suay suay got caught, 55 lei, nowadays not like last time liao lor, i also got do survey and thought of bringing in gals but not so easy lah, and those ma fu there also got give the di gu water money if the place not theirs, its kinda complicated but once u understand how they operate u will know not so easy lor

Yes.....you are right......it not easy as you think......the highest a ma fu can bring I seem is 7 lah....hehehe....normally nowsadays very hard to do liao.....no point lor....
