Regarding the above topic, i said almost all such cases the man got it. Include 1 such case which happened in a jail. I cannot recalled a single case, where the man is not convicted.

This Ong trial kind of remind me of an old hollywood movie, i think brothers will remember the name, sorry! It started best actress Julie Foster, I watched it about 20yrs and it was RA. Still heavy cut that is why the important rape scene was not clear to viewers.

Everytime when i got ONS with girls, I am also worried that if the girl turn around and call for rape then I am in deep shit. So what i do is usually not to force my way in even though I am super horny, I will usually try to arouse them with all the tricks that I had learned before screwing them. Afterall girls are very emotional based creature and if the think that you are good and loves them they will not even think of getting you into trouble. The other benefit of this tactic of mine is to turn the ONS or potential rape case to my long term FB.

Actually I posted this article is not so much to "protect ourself from getting into this situation" but for us to think about where we would draw the line.

Don't forget it is not easy for a woman to accuse a man of rape. It would be easier not to report a rape even if it really happened and take revenge privately if one wants to. Who wants to subject herself to medical examinations and discuss all the details with police officers and in court, etc; and read all the nasty she-deserved-it comments...

Whether a drunk woman can give consent is often debatable but this case seems less ambiguous. I never had a woman call her mother and cry non-stop in such a situation. Obviously, something is wrong with her right?

So I'm curious who thinks it's acceptable to have sex with a woman if you were in the guy's shoes?

If she was in such a state ,i would definitely voted a NO ...keep crying and call her friend and mother ,the accused still want having sex with her and then can go home .Finding trouble indeed ,that the price of thrill and excitement for unpaid sex .
