Rates dropped like shit today.
Everywhere only 25.0 max.

Changed in bkk grand super rich on jun 28 at 25.80 to sgd.

You must have went to the wrong money changer.
Best to place change in SG is at Arcade, Golden Mile and or Chinatown MC.
In Bkk, good rates at Green Superrich and Siam Exchange MC.
