2 weeks ago i was having body aches, fever for a few nights
this week i am having sharp pain in the throat. cough until my chest and even back hurts. lol

I'm very well hydrated. A cold pack of coconut water appears at the door every few hours. Although I don't think the cold drink is helping the cough.

No sperms la. Very long no sperms. But no mood for sperms anyway. I keep rolling around trying to find the best position to sleep but I can't find it. Poor Mike has been in his room or on the sofa for nearly a week.

I really should have just stayed at home. Only leaving office now. Terrible day. And my colleagues all avoiding me because I'm still coughing too. Haha.

yup i cough very badly in office too so im wfh till better. maybe due to aircon?
like if i sleep without aircon i dont have issues but this heat wave isn't helping lol

Aircon doesn't help in the office. At home is a must. Otherwise I'll walking around naked and showering every hour.
