You can read from health issues thread. Quite informative after reading. Will keep you away from bonking. Kind of scary even CD cannot prevent STI/STD. For me I keep away from bonking now, prefer teasing and HJ now. Unless the ML/FL really so amazing....which I doubt there are any around now..
