This Head of Province Election, is it the same local batam election we are talking all this while? thought I read somewhere earlier that election will be on 30th June. Batam Chinese friend in Batam says August. Can anyone confirm again.

Also got heard that casino already open for a week or so, but again no confirmation. My partner says players already appearing at Habourfront every morning for past week (like old days). I'm not in Singapore now, so cannot go down to verify too.

Me also think casino got hope to re-open only after these election, meanwhile only living on false rumours and hope.
