Bro I also went in May and they still provide full. Those ladies that bring you to the open room (accessible by public) only provide massage or max hj. Full service needs to engage with the manager or she will come to you. She will tell you upfront it is full service and the price. Upon your acceptance she will lead u to a "secret door" and behind the door are all the rooms for action.

There are lots of good Jiudian in TW

There is a sauna called Tien Long or something. In English it translates to "sky dragon". That place is a full service Sauna.

Just go in and bathe and sit down in the rest/eating area. Wait and a female manager will walk up to you and ask if you need anything. Ask her what girls she has available, and it starts from there. She'll take you into a side room and you get a so-so massage & sex. The girls are older -- 30+ in age.
