The Bank of Thailand cut this year’s growth forecast to about 3% on Wednesday from a November prediction of 4% after unexpectedly holding its policy rate at 2.25%. Caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra declared a 60-day state of emergency in Bangkok on Tuesday as she sought to combat violent attacks that threaten to derail elections scheduled for Feb 2. Global funds pulled a net US$195 million from local bonds and equities this month, official data show.

“We will most likely see continued fund outflows from Thailand and the baht is staying on a downward trend,” said Tsutomu Soma, manager of the fixed-income business unit at Rakuten Securities Inc in Tokyo. “There’s no clear picture of the protests ending or the situation improving, while we don’t even know if the elections can be held as scheduled.”

The baht dropped 0.3%, the most since Jan 15, to 32.967 per dollar as of 9.28am, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The currency has weakened 5.6% since the protests began on Oct 31. One-month implied volatility, a measure of expected moves in the exchange rate used to price options, fell two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 7.2%.

Fourteen of 21 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg had expected the central bank to cut its policy rate by 25 basis points, while the rest forecast no change.

Wongamat is about the most expensive area in Pattaya. Full of Russians anyway so I personally do not see the attraction. Better value in Jomtien and Pratamnak. In Pattaya..5 million can get you a nice house w a swimming pool already.

My problem is the condos are sooooo fucking small! If I move to Thailand , I would expect living in a place with more elbow room! Turn around to go back kitchen will need a 3 point turn!

Once again my fr for last night.

Wif my pi david suphachaitow revealing his colors and chaboing to bkk and prolly join in the riots, me the lone ranger continue my sop operation last night.

First, good warm up chill session at kawaii bar during dinner time, down 2 uncle leos, starting our suaning war on pi chai garbage and et hahahahaaha. Ard 10pm, left for soi diana, wanted to take a look at the beer bars there.

Horrible place imo, girls kinda pum pui like me, and some even gif me tt look "what the fuck asian pochai here'. Sian liao took a less than 5 mins stroll ard the bars and left for soi lk.

I was trying to avoid the similar bad experience at sensations so i avoid amethyst and oscar agg. Went to lady love agg first, small place but can watch football which is only the good thing abt the place lol. I witnessed one syt hassling an american black pochai to ring the bell lol! Turn me off liao after tt and the girl just go thru the motion and ang moh customers also sian sian at there...

After a poor outing at lady love agg, went to office agg bar.
