Have not try for a while but previously tried Jin Jin and Cathy before both not bad, not sure if they still available or not. So far ok lah at least I think is what you see is what you get. u can shower in the city! sauna open already from 2pm. around Jing'An temple there are lots of good sauna, and u get hop on airport shuttle bus from there or take metro line 2 and/or maglev to PVG then.
