My number is not listed here, but I have a serious issue with someone blatantly outing these numbers on the basis of:

1) There is no proof the numbers listed were sent to this individual. I mean, it's possible (and maybe even likely), but what she also includes a number to smear someone?

2) What if one of the numbers was someone who sent an SMS in error (again, its unlikely) but that doesn't mean it's not impossible.

3) Lastly, again, it appears that even those individuals who sent SMS in response to an ad, this isn't against the law

In summary, the presumption of innocence has completely been thrown to the curb here. If your number is listed here and if it is listed as an error, what to do? You have already been "outed" by someone with the power as judge, jury and executioner.

This is the world we live in I suppose, and while I can empathize that someone may have targeted her for ill purposes, I say that two wrongs do not make a right.

So while I can take comfor that my number is not listed there, what if it were and what if it were listed as an error? Where do I go to get my reputation back?

Similar injustices have occurred when someone with the same name as a terrorist suspect ended up stuck in jail simply because the database threw up a match when he attempted to cross a border.

However the moral of the story here is simple... Keep your data secure. If you are a whore monger, use a different phone number to book whores.

And if you see a whore who lists her facebook page it should send alarm bells ringing immediately. No girl in her right mind would do that.
