Hi. Sounds like you have done your check. Just a quick question, what about your wife? Has she gone for a check up? Sometimes it ain't the guy that has issue but the ladies as well.

Maybe it is good to plan a short holiday during that 12 to 16 days of ovulation period, both parties relax and enjoy, and bonk bonk bonk.....

Since doc says nothing wrong with both of u. Then as a last resort - go for IVF. It is almost guaranteed. Side note : it has high chance to have twins too. Why last resort - bcs it can be costly.

Bear in mind, your wife ovulate only 1x a month and the egg dies after 24 hrs. If you dont get the egg you have to wait for next month. What most say is true, most woman ovulate 12-14 days from day 1 of their cycle. Thats if her cycle is 28 days. If your wife cycle is more then that, ovulation period maybe different.

Your best bet, go to pharmacy and buy the ovulation test kit, that will give you a more accurate idea when your wife will ovulate.
