Majority of soaplands in general do accept foreigners, but it is up to the shop owner to decide whether he will accept you as a customer.

There are probably non-Japanese girls that is why I been telling other bros to do enough research before going. If you think a girl is fake, then don't pick her! that's it pretty much.

And I won't be introducing shops, as long the rule in SYSTEM do not "KINSHI" gaijin, then they don't forbid foreigner, so it is up to yourself to make them accept you. Good for individual vocabs etc but not too ideal for sentences. I never translate the Forbidden thing on purpose :P
