Hi bro,

Our dick, like any part of our body needs to be exercised to be stronger. JG does help but it is not a quick-fix, i.e. after 1 JG session, your dick WILL NOT increase by 1-2 inches or be significantly thicker. But over-time, JG does help blood circulation and general "conditioning" of your dick. But a good bonk relies not just on your dick but your overall fitness and health and mental state.

Similarly, if one wants to pass IPPT, one needs to train a couple of weeks to months depending on your fitness level.
