Temperature... Ovaculation period... Surrounding area... Stress level or does have a part in it...
My uncle and his wife (both 41 now) took many years in conceiving too. They tried chinese medicine, and it helps... Think its Tong Ji too... So well, maybe can try it out too?

TS maybe get a little bit of drink before the session to let you get relaxed and high, but dont drink too much as not gd for the kid
just enjoy the session and the result will come naturally
