For me i work shift 12 hrs, so weekday 1-7pm tough for me maybe u can advise her to work only on weekend if really there is a need.

Timing wise my suggestion is from 11 or 12 to 9pm should be nice as some of us work till 6 or 7pm.

Above is purely my humble suggestion.

just my comments after reading some FRs from bros who tried her..maybe should tell her not to pack her schedule too tight, understand that she wants to optimise her time..but its quite normal for bros to be +/- on the appt time due to traffic etc..she should not be rushing to finish u off or cancelling the next appt due to some bros being late etc...

Agree, was arranging with her yesterday but latest she can take was 7pm. Even if I rush out from office at 6pm would still not be able to make it due to traffic conditions at that time. Well, just hope we are fated to meet eventually.
