ya out of such a huge population, definately a mixture of both. But how can we determine the sincere and the liars? Maybe during communication, can look at her eyes.. to detect something.

Seems like every PRC girl I've met needs a new computer or mobile phone. One said that her OS was only XP and she needed a new one so she could be on Vista. Or family member got into an accident and is in the hospital. Always something. Sometimes maybe true but sometimes its all BS.
