If you deal with landed properties and private apartments/condos, especially in prime areas, I won't be surprised that you can get that amount of commission for each transaction. And honestly, 5k monthly isn't really a big amount, that is peanuts to what some brothers here earn

And then all the service staff were running like mad to bring out the bottles and distribute (i called distribute bcos it was like distributing tables' gifts like that) to all the tables. Of course our table tat we were sitting also got 2 bottles of Cordon Bleu. And then after tat the China man stood up and told everybody that the Cordon Bleu is on him and those who give him face can drink and those who dun give him face can smash the Cordon Bleu on to the floor straigthaway!

What the f**K! Who wld wanna do that? Smash the 2 bottles of Cordon Bleu on to the niteclub floor??? You must b mad!!! With regards to all his powerful claims, i should think its easy to call him out.
There are many more richer and more powerful people extant around, you just dont know who they are.

So.... some simple solution to kill his claims. Can anyone do these followings?

1) make some enquiries around SG's property films and ask them if they got a TOP EARNER consultant name james chong. I should think if he is such a top earner, he shouldnt be that hard to find. IF he does exist , pretend pretend want to meet him to discuss some businesses.
