Got walkway from the mall. You just locate the uniqlo in the mall and right opposite will be the walkway to the hotel. Take lift to spa level.

Spent 5N in KL for a friends wedding. Stayed at the W Hotel and here are some experiences to share:

Genesis Spa at HSBC Buildling at the Bukit Bintang area:
First day i tried, they had faulty electricals and so i decided to to Hokkaido.
Came back here on the second day evening. Tried indo girl - shiok. Forgot her name. Nice minah body, perky boobs and butt, got the works from her and paid M$250.
They can also arrange for the girls to go to your hotel - i prefer exploring as i don't frequent KLso no point to get numbers or wechat contact.

Hokkaido Spa also at Bukit Bintang area:
Hokkaido offers similar range of girls from different countries. Mix offer and i think its a hit and miss depending on your luck. I took a Viet girl and it was commercial but fun. Porn star action no GFE, its just bang and go. But she offered alot of positions and didnt' complain. Rates are similar to Genesis.

Here's the fun listing i will share if you are up for an adventure.

Go to Google Map and search for Alor Boutique Hotel, this is the Changkat Bukit Bintang stretch. Its a gentle downward slope to a stretch of massage spas plus others. You can walk down towards a 100m or so stretch of spas / parlors towards 53, Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang.

If you are up for some quick and dirty treats, go to toward number 53, in between "Best Friend" and "Sky Blue Relax" is a narrow alley upstairs to a private and discreet "spa". You can't go up yourself, there are tonnes of girls out here offering you "services" and once u agree, they will take you up. BBBJ starts at M$50 a pop. Some girls are quite cute and range between 20s to late 30s. Towards 7-11, there are some nicer girls that will offer the works.

This whole stretch has legit foot spas, and if you like the masseuse, ask her for a full body massage. Some will offer BBBJ and strip completely nude, the rest is up to you.

A good time to visit this stretch is around 1030pm where it gets really busy and the choices are wide. If you see what you like, you can offer them to your hotel. On my third night, i came back here and looked for the same girl at midnight, and took her back with me since it was late, she agreed for M$ 500, she stayed the night, we banged three times, twice in bed, once in the shower in the morning.

So there ... a fairly good Changkat guide for you. Remember, the legit spas in there also has other offerings but u need to ask for body massage as nothing happens with foot massage as its out in the open.

I’m curious about the spa stretch. I usually go KL once a year and stay around Bukit Bintang. That spa stretch usually have many ladies and OKT touting services. How do you select or scan through along the side of the road? Or do you enter the shops to ask?

When they try to swarm me to be their customer, I would tend to reject and move away or avoid looking at their eyes.

Even few years back Skyriver (now Hokkaido) was a bit stressful when I’m the only one sitting there with the captain and 10+ ladies smiling and winking at me lol XD. My first skyriver experience was memorable.

Ok this trip I was suffering from a very bad back problem(can hardly bend, walk also got some problem), so dont think I can thrust too much lol, just wanted to look for a good massage and maybe a little extra on the side. Saw Hokkaido but didnt go in cause of the back issue.

Walked around to Jalan alor side and saw a bunch of massage joints. Was there in the morning so slim pickings. Chose the most chio one on the whole street, this gal with dyed blonde hair, fair, looks around 6.5 for me, maybe late 20s or early 30s. Found out she's from Myanmar. Massage was ok lah, a lot of effort but not much skill... Didnt help my back problem... But with that kind of look and dressing I thought she would GQ me but that never happened. Cant quite communicate either so cant sweet talk... Also environment all curtains so not much privacy. Left the place without any specials offered. Maybe can straight up ask if there’s extra. If no, can skip.

One of the best massage I had in KL was in Lavish Spa some years back by this Chinese lady in her late 20s. The strength is 11/10
But alas, that spa is clean spa lol. Tempted to ask the receptionist if they had GQ but I was too shy back then. Even the recep look pretty.

I was short if taking photos because I totally understand how it is overseas when we could be pressed for time or when choices get overwhelming.

My general rule of thumb (anywhere) is to avoid touts trying to sell. I had one granny approach me telling me she has many pretty young girls.

Personally, I go straight to the girl I want and negotiate directly. Much easier. Avoids potential bait and switch etc.

Some girls here work directly for the spa they stand outside of. And I make sure they are the ones massaging me.

For those more of a freelance type. I will ask if they are operating out of a spa or apartment etc. I don't want to end up with one kidney missing.

Just got back from KL. The girls scene in KL is quite vibrant and if you open up your telegram and look for groups it's easy to find lots of groups advertising girls. After a while and doing research through the forums, you have a feel for which ones are the reputable ones. Went to Saboon but was told it was closed for the day cos of risk of winds. But when i was at lobby i saw stock going in and out. Maybe they are not comfortable with non Chinese. Stock looked q good though. Young and pretty girls from China. So with my blue balls, i tried my luck at genesis spa at Hsbc building bukit bintang. About a 5-10 min walk away. Captain was friendly and paraded the girls in front of me. Quite good looking so i proceeded to choose a korean. This was legit korean who was only in town for a month. She was in 30s but very well maintained. Body like a young girl's and genuinely aroused when we were doing the deed. She said she won't return to KL again as the money is not good.
Think this will be the place to return to when im in KL for work. In the Bb area you have potentially Hokkaido near F88, this genesis one and saboon, so 3 decent choices to explore without even needing to take a cab. Didnt cover the changkat/ jalan alor side as those seem to be less discrete and for decent girls it's really like finding a needle in a haystack.
