Seriously?! SGD1k a year? 100sqm is like 3room flat? Sorry for the questions but I have been considering this retirement plan Sick & tired of life here in Singapore

This is the info of what I gather from website and the taxi driver there.

Rental should not be more then SGD 4k/year even if its in city centre.

BTW,you know there is a row of house near Rukko? Few yr ago, their taxi driver told me it sold at around SGD25k, but, I think the size maybe only 50sqm. Then, the coffeeshop outside Paradise, it want to sold at SGD 100k, after you buy, you can collect rental from existing hawker of around SGD 2k/mth. That is the price they offer me few yr back, don't know they want to con me or not? Anyway, foreigner cannot hold more than 30 yr.

Furthermore, website search told me the price of house at city centre cost SGD 600 per sqm. Again, foreigner can use the land for 30 yr only! Beware. For their local, its freehold.

If you manage to find a good cewek, can use her name to buy freehold, then, let her settle down in that house with you. There is a website I come across, their research got mention this. Usually, this group of cewek already got child at their village, they just want to settle down somewhere with their kid, so, they don't mind too much.... But, of course, our eyes must open big big to choose correct candidate....

Problem with Balai is too small, no other entertainment and their custom officer might find problem if you in, out too often.

I am also considering Kuantan or Changmai to retire.

At Changmai, a 45sqm condo near their University cost around SGD45k. If buy already, decide to rent out, can find rental from these Uni students. This, you have to acts fast, many PRC have already bought one there.

Thailand BKK got the best hospital in Asia outside Japan, Bumrungrad Hospital. Singapore hospital cannot match it, Esp, this few yr, most of the doctor in Sinkie hospital come from India and Pinnoy land, only ghost know their Cert is real one or fake one. Many Middle East patients prefer BKK hospital.

Furthermore, Changmai house can become your base to travel to Yunnan, Cambonia, Mymmar, Viet. On top, Volkwagon going to built a factory there, and you can imagine a higher end VW will cost only SGD 40k to own one.

Lastly and most importantly, there is no lack of SYT in Changmai.

Try the last house on the left hand side of Villa.
I have seen many sui sui face ceweks.
My info should be quite jun as I have beeen Balai every weekend in Aug and 3times in Sep.

Of course bro. Most of them do. Pte arrangement between both u and the cewek. But downside is u have to wait for her to knock off fm work. So u actually spent few hours with her in the room. If shes willing she may leave for home late morning.
