I'm inviting kakis to join my outings to two types of joints:

First, you must meet two criteria. 1) be a light drinker, 2) pls smoke outside the room.

The good quality stock has dwindled in the legal scene @ GL over the years ... It looks like those better quality stocks prefer to work in city like Taipeh, Macau, HK, etc. more than Singapore GL.
