hsinchu has tons of massage parlours offering hand jobs included in the price you pay. Not sleezy rooms and rates are 2000TWD for 90 mins. heard there is a red light district here too for whack and bam but have yet to find out the name of the place.

After so many exploration, at last understand better on the dynamics. Seems massage parlour provide HJ depending on individual masseur. But seems most will do but they will usually ask discreetly. Such as any place else you want to massage. But 1 thing puzzle me is that, when I did not negotiate the price and just gave 1k TWD tips. The girl look surprise. Could it be that this is a foc service to KC u to book her next time? Or I have tip too much? Any bro knows?

I went to 1 about 2 years back. If i rmb correctly, the $ that you pay to the person at front desk or counter includes the HJ. or they call it 半套. So it is different from the way SG works where there is an entrance fee + HJ fee. Though the girls might negotiate for a FJ at another price. That is when you pay the girl directly and discreetly (if im not wrong).

Any more experienced bro can explain more?

Thanks Bro. But tis is those massage parlour along the main road. N it is just 1300TWD for 2 hrs of massage. N seems the lady did the HJ discreetly.

I had experienced with another shop. But the lady recognise me as not local hence qouted me 2000 TWD for HJ.

Well guess maybe I will try next time not giving tips and see what will happen.
