Used to go Patts once every 2 or 3 months..but cant help feeling the prices are on the increase.

Recently went to AC.. pretty much like Patts but cheaper. LT abt 60sgd At agogo bars.

Anyway... not a matter of which is better as both have pros and cons. I am planning for another to AC but plan to returrn to LOS early next year. Think the change in environment is good to keep the excitement up.

Yeah , I didn't want to go into details in the AC thread but besides fucking there is nothing much to do. Like what they said in 'Grease' ; what are you supposed do for the rest of the 23hrs and 45mins!

Food is terrible , crime is bad and beside one major shopping centre , there is really nothing to do! Still its a good place to visit for a short 2-3 day break but given a choice , I prefer where everything is a stone's throw away if you need it but you can still get away from it all if you want.

Bro... totally agree with you in the food. This is the main issue. Food sucks. I definitely prefer thai food anytime. Other than that still not too bad 'cause i tend to stay in hotel during the day.

Good and bad either way to patts and AC. As long as these continue to be our adult disneyland.. good to be spoilt for choices. 555

ATL, you are spot on with AC. And flight commute 3.5hrs with odd schedules not helping.

PP is not bad option, gals are not that spoilt

No la , my AC trip was only 3 days about 18 months ago.

I have to slightly disagree with you here , Sg flight to bkk airport is 2hr 30min followed by a 90-120min ride to Pattaya. AC has Clack so the 3.5hr plane ride only add 30-45min taxi before reaching the main area. Not much difference from ground zero to destination in both cases. But you are right on the schedules ; less flights so less choice.

Anyone actually counted how many flights there are per day to Bkk? I estimate budget flights alone is about 15-16!

Actually was comprehensive at first, but was convinced by friends to try.

But all in all... I have to say I still miss the makan and massage in LOS. Prolly one more trip to PP and I am coming back "home" 555

I realise Thai people or Thai women especially they like to talk to Singaporeans. It's always good to know some basic conversational Thai such as Hello and How Are You, then they won't see you hostile.
