Couple of things (i'm a medical guy)
-Is she a "big" girl, the usual dose of Postinor fails 10-20% of the time in bigger girls
-Did she use the single dose or 2 pill dose? If single dose, should be effective if taken very soon after creampie (and effectiveness is reduced over 72 hours, the longer she waits the less effective). If 2 pill dose, need to take the pills 12 hours apart
-Where did you get them from? Expiration date? You sure it was the real drug? You know in hot places like SG, poor storage (heat and humidity) will reduce the potency of any drug. So if they got shipped in a hot environment or kept in a hot/humid place, the drug can degrade quickly.
