Just went on a short business trip to HCM, so decided to check out LC as some bros have suggested here. Chances of her not turning up quite low, they usually arrive within 5-10mins. I would say if after a solid half hour wait with no response from her, you can leave.

Giving a different perspective of LC Vs local scene.

When you enter, the manager will quickly ask you which package you want. Depending on the queue, they may recommend either 60 or 90min package so take the 90min if you can.
