It dropped to 24.70 CAA 27 Jan 2012.

Hope it can get even better again next week. Norm is Wed and Thurs can fetch better rate. Not sure True or not also.

Above 3k can get a bit higher than the published rates. Ask the counter.

Dear BlueDragon,

What time did you ask for the rates?

I travelled down to arcade, but was only given max 24.63. In the end i changed at PPC at the rate of 24.68.

Lunch time and I check their board for best rate on offer.
Better to walk around and check every MC counter on the 2nd floor before changing.

Thanks for the head up. I only checked out the MC at the first level near the main entrance. Didn't know there are MC on the 2nd level offering even better rates.
