GM yesterday 24.63. Not sure if CNY long weekend break will dilute trend.

just changed at jurong point. some money changer + remittance shop. 24.61.
still ok la. if i niao that 0.02 if i go GM, that 0.02 cant even cover my transport there. not as if i changing 10+k. haha.

Interesting was I remittance at GM @ 24.60

Then I go ma ma shop (between grassland and 5star agency) was 24.62

Yesterday was slightly better than today but I am happy with this rate.

No more big amount changing for me liao.

Demand supply laws, so not surprise if the rates will start to dip a bit with many people flying off during the long cny break.

i always thought that changing currency inside thailand would be better than changing in SG?

or should i just go to a citibank atm and withdraw money?

No, imho SG's rates better than LOS (check thread out). Unless you willing to leg it to Superich outlets Bkk (not even sure if their favourable rates are correct at counter). Not that you get rich with marginal diff, unless you into big time. And ATM rates sucks, not just with bank extras but lousy rates (banks margin) -can't beat them on forex profit center.

Today, CAA 25 Jan 2012, Super Rich at BKK @ 24.80

Even GM @ 24.65

CNY it didnt drop at all. Now I believe it will go even higher.

BUT I got no more $$$ to change.
