How long does Tet holidays last in Ho Chi Minh City? I'll be in HCM during February 5 - 11, will it be okay to party and sightseeing in those days?

Normally their TET is about a week. Since you are travelling on the 2nd week or CNY; there shouldn't be any problem in Party or Sightseeing as most of the VB are back to work cos no more $$$
