I dun recommend that you try to bring girls into 4 or 5* hotels as it is almost 100% that you will face problems whats wrong with those 3* & below leh, most of them in Wetnam are quite well-kept & nice and most important probability of bringing in VBs are much less problematic though never guaranteed
