Made a quick detour into Lor 16 - WH then exit to Guillemard last night. Bapoks ard 4-6 were hanging ard Lor 16 & WH junction. Some sitting on chairs. CAT 150 houses were mostly dark except the first 2 units with lights on. The rest were dark until last unit on the right hand side corner has light in the living rm before me turning right. The single storey CAT50 thai house at the corner of Lor 18 & WH was empty except with a car parking at the front porch.

I just spoke to a landlord in geylang lor 8. He told me the red lights districts are not open yet.
