There is a theory in TCM, that you might have exhausted too much of your energy in your youth, and hence now your body is depleted and not able to replenish like it did before.

So now, with occasional issues, I take make concoctions of Dry Longan, Wolf Berry that is mean to improve kidney function. I also take tongkat ali water with my tea.
I have a apparatus that I do kegels with, 200 a day.
I use leech oil to jelq
Do strengthening squats, pull ups, abs, push ups. I used to run 3 times a week, but now due to health reasons, can't do that for the time being.

Anyone taking Nitric oxide supplements or foods to help the blood flow?

We are all different, and some have health issues, some don't but the machine is weak so it needs help.
takes alot of effort but if you want to keep using it, or already see weakness, strengthening it is the only way.

His problem is exactly opposite of mine.

I thought it was just repeated tightening and relaxing of pelvic muscles.

Like many parts of the body, there's this thing call muscle memory. If there's certain way when one masturbate, then if actual sex can stimulate the same, then there might actually be a problem when having real sex, either cannot sustain the erection or can't ejaculate.
