Just to add on....if you are SG chinese guy dun ever identify yourself as an Ah Tiong coz they are the new carrotheads and pay premium prices. Even those travel savvy Ah Tiongs themselves will deny they are PRCs and claim to be Singkees or Malaysians.

I recalled there used to be a FL forum site (in Thai language) that can be filtered by various districts within Bangkok, similar to what we have here in SBF.

It has a website name, that is along the line flxfans or something. Probably it was before the COVID days when I used it.

Appreciate if any bros can advise if the website is still available.
