"Never confront the culprit directly. Try to remember details and description. Best if you can record him and his accomplices if any and their getaway mode."
Forward all this information to the Police and let them do their job.

This can only work in Sinkie, cos the culprits got practically nowhere to run and our men in blue quite on-the-ball ..........if you do this in other big developing cuntries leh is not gona help other than boost your own blogs or online weedios sharing contents when you post it online

Recently everytime pang sai got time to watch some youtube weedios kanasai the guy filming this 3 girls kicking & torturing a poor puppy just did nothing except exclaiming "oh my god somebody should really do something about this........." by the time call poolic and give them evidence that poor puppy would have been in doggy heaven liao
