Main thing is, the guy's name get splash across the news media big big while the girl's name's never mentioned. Now that the guy's acquainted, maybe it's time to splash the girl's name big big across the news media so that any other guys who had been accused by her for raping her before can reopen their case ? Isn't that the reason why accused name are splash so that other victim can come forward ?

Anyone notice that when male teacher have sex with their female student (the law lecturer), their name get splash across the news like nobody business, and when female teacher have sex with their male student, there's usually a gag order preventing their name from being disclosed ?

That's the society that we live in.

The law lecturer and the female student are all adults whereas the victim of the female teacher is a minor. The gag order is not to protect the female teacher but was to protect the underage boy.
