yes, some of the bars from sihanoukville square moved there, the road at former LV club, follow it all the way, until u see martini bar n restaurant on the right

went to Nagaworld and won some money recently and while having coffee at the lobby cafe and waiting for my car to come.....wow, got some really chiobus dressed up obviously waiting to be hit on....no time and never chiong PP before so just went off when car came.... after some research, it seems they are Viets and can ask for alot of money....anybody here tried this expensive cais?
