well, if for me i will do interval running.. to train speed and stamina.. guess cool.. can train your core muscles to train your running.. so do bridge excercise to strengthen yours abs as it will keep your back straight and allow better breathing..
know from going frequent visit to the ipt training at maju camp...the pti there very good.. any buddies here..??
