Well bro, now that the "event" has passed, best to look forward to the future. You should have stopped the session when your gut feelings tell you to do so. But then, it's easier said then done and like you, we would probably do the same if we were in your position... trying to make things work out even if we feel it's doom to fail.

Bro, the matter is over. no point bringing it up as you'll never know who is right or wrong and different people will interpret their actions differently.
