I'm not aware there is any shop besides the new Ninkin. But if u referring to the old Ninki, yes, it's a F joint. Visited once quite sometime back when they brought in new batch. The ML that I tried then was pretty good looking but I did not enjoy the session. It was kinda rush job, a bit mechanical. That was my first and last time there.

For Ninki, i think it really depends on what you really want. If all you want is a HJ/BJ, then obviously its a chop carrot place because it is definitely not cheap. But if you want a different experience that you can't get from most other places, then you'll accept the premium that you're paying.
I just went to try their new shop yesterday and had a good nuru experience with sensual HJ. The whole sensation of 2 naked bodies sliding against each other like those AV movies is not something you can easily find in other joints. So i accept paying a bit more because the whole experience is more than just a HJ. But this is just me, I just prefer the overall experience the ML provides even if it means no FJ and just a sensual nuru + HJ experience.

To be honest, the fee for the NURU is reasonable but coupled with the high entrance fee, the price is definitely a show-stopper. May RTM when I feel like doing NURU.
