Any recent/up-to-date info on Mandalay? Looking for a place similar to Emperor as I don't understand how to do the KTV thing.

1. I have once tried the pionner club east of 35th st. and got a FL with 100k for 2 shots, but monthes later, I went to the club second time, cannot find anything but drunk Burmese. The security told me there is no cheap girl in MDY. Anyway Mandalay is very pricey compare to Yangon.
