With the intensive enforcement and raids of last year..... the bars have decided not to take any chances of giving the authorities an excuse to raid them again.... so they have stopped the practice of barfines for their girls.

However that does not mean the girls cannot go with you..... what happens between you and the girl the bar does not get involved now so you negotiate directly with the girl and pay the girl (the girl will reimburse the bar an amount for taking time off to be with you )
